Meyer's Shrimp In Cajun Sauce Recipe
- 1 pound raw shelled shrimp
- 1 (9 ounce.) canned cheddar cheese sauce
- 3 ounce. soft cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh cilantro, minced
- Good shot Worcestershire
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- Dash seasoned pepper
- Bread crumbs, approximately 1 c.
- Grated Parmesan, approximately 1/2 c.
- Red pepper chips (optional for hotness)
- Be sure shrimp is patted dry.
- Blend all remaining ingredients till smooth.
- Mix in shrimp and pour in ungreased casserole.
- Top with bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan.
- Drizzle with butter if you like.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min.
- Let stand 5 min before serving.
- Serves 4-6.
- Nice with green salad and French bread or possibly rice.
- We made this up one evening when we had nothing planned and odd ingredients around.
- It's YUM.
- Recipe can be halved or possibly doubled.
