Super Tabbouli

  1. Pour the boiling water over the bulgur.
  2. Let it sit for at least 30 minute
  3. Meanwhile chop all the veggies.
  4. Combine all ingredients, stir and refrigerate until chilled.
  5. Serve with pita chips, torn pita bread or tortilla chips.
