Lemon Chicken
- 4 -6 chicken breasts, trimmed
- 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of broccoli soup
- 1 soup can worth milk
- 1 soup can worth lemon juice (though you can add more if you want)
- 1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter
- Trim the chicken breasts and place in skillet with margarine.
- Cook chicken until no longer pink and perhaps a little golden on top.
- In a seperate bowl, mix together soup, milk, and lemon juice.
- When chicken is no longer pink, add this mixture into the skillet, reduce heat to medium/low and cover.
- Let this simmer, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes (I use the simmer time to make the noodles and rice-o-roni).
- After the side dishes are prepared, turn off the heat and serve, enjoy!
