Lemon Chicken

  1. Trim the chicken breasts and place in skillet with margarine.
  2. Cook chicken until no longer pink and perhaps a little golden on top.
  3. In a seperate bowl, mix together soup, milk, and lemon juice.
  4. When chicken is no longer pink, add this mixture into the skillet, reduce heat to medium/low and cover.
  5. Let this simmer, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes (I use the simmer time to make the noodles and rice-o-roni).
  6. After the side dishes are prepared, turn off the heat and serve, enjoy!
