Hummus Pit-Zas!
- 6 (6 inch) pita bread
- 12 pint hummus
- 12 cup olive tapenade
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 (2 ounce) can anchovies, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke heart, chopped
- 12 cup pepperoncini pepper, sliced
- 14 cup feta cheese
- 14 cup parsley, chopped
- Preheat oven to 400 and lay pitas out on a baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine the hummus and the tapenade and spread over the pitas.
- Mix together anchovies, artichokes and pepperoncinis.
- Top with pitas with cheese and cover with mixture.
- Sprinkle with feta and bake for 10-12 min or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with parsley.
- Slice and enjoy!
