Homemade Sauerkraut Recipe

• 4 cans kraut
• 6 to 7 c. juice from boiled Polish sausage
• 1 pound bacon, minced fine
• 6 tbsp. flour

1. Take cans of sauerkraut, add in juice from sausage.
2. Boil 30 min.
3. Brown bacon - save grease.
4. About 6 Tbsp.
5. of bacon grease.
6. Pour into juice - add in flour.
7. Cook 30 min.
8. Add in sugar for taste.
