Cauliflower Fritters
- 1/2 head or more Cauliflower
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp White flour
- 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp Water
- 3 sprigs Fresh parsley
- 1 Salt
- 1 Pepper
- 1 Oil
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
- Wrap in plastic wrap, then microwave until tender, or boil a small amount of water in a pan, add the cauliflower, cover with a lid, and steam.
- Combine the egg, flour, Parmesan cheese, water, minced parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl and combine together.
- Heat a frying pan with about 1 cm of oil, then deep-fry the cauliflower dredged in the batter from Step 2.
