Cauliflower Fritters

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Wrap in plastic wrap, then microwave until tender, or boil a small amount of water in a pan, add the cauliflower, cover with a lid, and steam.
  3. Combine the egg, flour, Parmesan cheese, water, minced parsley, salt, and pepper in a bowl and combine together.
  4. Heat a frying pan with about 1 cm of oil, then deep-fry the cauliflower dredged in the batter from Step 2.
