Italian Chicken Pot Luck
- 1 whole cut up chicken
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Poultry seasoning, to taste
- 4 to 5 lg. red potatoes
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 lg. green pepper, sliced
- 1 bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing
- Wash and pat dry chicken and place in the bottom of a large casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
- Layer peeled, cubed potatoes, sliced onions and sliced green peppers on top of chicken.
- Pour the Kraft zesty italian dressing over all.
- Cover and bake at 375F for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender and chicken is done.
