Miss Judy's Shrimp Casserole
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 12 cup celery, chopped
- 2 cups rice, cooked
- 3 cups shrimp, boiled
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can milk
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- Saute vegetables.
- Mix with rice, cooked shrimp, soup, and milk.
- Put in a casserole dish.
- sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
