Crock Pot Brunswick Stew Recipe

• 1 (5 lb.) hen
• 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
• 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato paste
• 1 (No. 2) can okra
• 1 (No. 2) can corn
• 2 pound potatoes
• 2 lg. onions
• Red pepper and salt to taste

1. Place hen in crock pot with water to cover.
2. Cook on high for 2 hrs.
3. Remove chicken, debone.
4. Chop chicken, return to crock pot.
5. Add in remaining ingredients.
6. Cook on high for 4 hrs.
