Cracklin' Cornbread

• 2 eggs
• 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing Family Dollar $3.50 thru 02/07
• 1/3 cup milk
• 2 pkg. (8-1/2 oz. each) corn muffin mix
• 3 cups fried pork rinds, coarsely crushed Safeway 1 lb For $1.99 thru 02/09

1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Beat eggs, dressing and milk in large bowl.
3. Stir in corn muffin mix just until moistened.
4. Add pork rings; mix lightly.
5. Spoon evenly into greased 13x9-inch baking pan; smooth top.
6. Bake 25 to 30 min.
7. or until golden brown.
