Grand Marnier Trifle Recipe

  1. Make cake according to package directions for a 13 x 9 inch cake.
  2. Cold and cut into thirds.
  3. Make pudding according to package directions.
  4. Mix in liquid removed mandarin orange sections.
  5. In large glass bowl, break one third of cake on bottom.
  6. Sprinkle with Grand Marnier to taste.
  7. Put a layer of pudding over cake.
  8. Spread a layer of Cold Whip over pudding layer.
  9. Repeat layering ingredients, ending with Cold Whip covering the top, till all ingredients are used.
  10. (Depending on size of bowl - usually three layers - smaller bowl may be two).
  11. Garnish with candied orange peel, if you like.
  12. Chill.
