Easy Sunday Roast Beef Recipe

• 1 med. beef shoulder
• 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
• 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup

1. Before leaving for church, put frzn roast into slow cooker with 1 package of Lipton onion soup mix.
2. Use highest cooking temperature, seal lid and go on to church.
3. If the preacher is long-winded, a more tender roast.
4. When you return from church, take the roast out.
5. You should have some broth cooked out of roast.
6. Add in the can of mushroom soup to broth.
7. Stir till smooth.
8. Serve over rice or possibly mashed potatoes.
