Ooey Gooey Brie
- 1 wheel (8 Oz. Wheel) Brie
- 1 package (12 Oz. Package) Crescent Rolls, The Big And Buttery Ones
- 1/4 cups Brown Sugar, Divided
- 2 Tablespoons Dried Cranberries
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Carefully slice the skin off the brie.
- Open the tube of crescent rolls.
- Unroll crescent rolls onto a baking sheet and press together the edges to create a rectangle.
- Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of brown sugar in the middle of the crescent rolls.
- Layer the brie on top of the sugar.
- Top the brie with remaining sugar and dried cranberries.
- Fold crescent rolls around the top of the brie to totally encase the cheese.
- Cut off extra dough as needed.
- Cook in the oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with crackers.
