Breakfast Sausage Quiche Recipe
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1/2 c. onion, minced
- 1/3 c. green pepper, minced
- 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp. flour
- Frzn deep dish pie crust
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk
- 1 tbsp. parsley flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees (prick well and bake empty pie shell for 6-7 min).
- In medium skillet fry sausage - onion and green pepper - drain well.
- Combine cheese and flour.
- Stir in sausage mix, spread in pie shell.
- Mix remaining ingredients, pour into pie shell.
- Bake on cookie sheet 35-40 min till browned and filling is set.
- Good for winter time suppers!
