Scalloped Scallops Recipe

  1. Wash and drain scallops.
  2. Crumble crackers.
  3. Mix with the butter and chives.
  4. Arrange alternate layers of cracker crumbs and 2 layers of scallops.
  5. Pour cream over surface.
  6. Sprinkle with pepper and paprika.
  7. Bake at 425 degrees for 30 min.
  8. Serves 4.
  9. Also good with filet fish substituted for scallops.
