Blender Eggnog Recipe
- 4 Large eggs
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. light cream
- Dash nutmeg
- 1/3 c. cognac
- 1/3 c. rum
- In blender beat 10 to 15 seconds the Large eggs and sugar; add in slowly cognac and rum.
- Add in slowly light cream.
- Add in nutmeg with another swirl on the blender.
- Will keep for up to a week in refrigerator.
- Can serve with orange slice and/or possibly a cinnamon stick.
- Optional: You can add in 2 c. lowfat milk if preferred to make quantity and milder drink.
