Blender Eggnog Recipe

  1. In blender beat 10 to 15 seconds the Large eggs and sugar; add in slowly cognac and rum.
  2. Add in slowly light cream.
  3. Add in nutmeg with another swirl on the blender.
  4. Will keep for up to a week in refrigerator.
  5. Can serve with orange slice and/or possibly a cinnamon stick.
  6. Optional: You can add in 2 c. lowfat milk if preferred to make quantity and milder drink.
