Baked Sesame Chicken Wings
- 30 round buttery crackers, crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
- 2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
- 2 lb. chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 cup sweet-and-sour sauce
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Mix first 4 ingredients in pie plate.
- Beat egg and mustard in large bowl.
- Add chicken; toss to coat.
- Coat chicken with crumb mixture.
- Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Drizzle with butter.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until done.
- Serve with sweet-and-sour sauce.
