Crusty Kinako Cookies with Sesame Seeds
- 70 grams Cake flour
- 20 grams Sugar
- 10 grams Kinako
- 27 to 30 grams Vegetable oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 5 grams Ground sesame seeds (I used white sesame)
- Mix all the ingredients marked .
- You can also mix in a plastic bag.
- When you're done mixing, preheat the oven.
- Form into balls with your hands, flatten, then align on a heat-proof plate.
- They will be crunchier if you don't make them too thin.
- Cover with aluminum foil, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes to finish.
- It's perfect when the bottoms are slightly browned.
- They fall apart easily when freshly baked, so make sure to cool down well Baking time: 2 minutes to preheat, then 10 minutes to bake.
- To bake in the oven: about 13 minutes at 355F/180C.
