Strawberry Salad

  1. Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water; add cold water.
  2. Add the thawed strawberries and the undrained pineapple, then add the banana slices.
  3. Pour half of this into a 9 x 13-inch dish; refrigerate until set well enough to spread the sour cream on top. Add the remaining half of the Jell-O mixture carefully, so that it remains on top.
  4. Continue to refrigerate until well set.
