Tuna Pasta Salad
- 1 can (12-1/2 oz.) tuna (water packed)
- 1/2 cup diced radishes
- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup olives
- 1/2 cup diced green peppers
- 1/2 cup diced pimentos
- 1/2 cup sweet relish
- 1/2 mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. frozen green peas
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. celery seed
- 1 tbsp. salt and pepper
- 2 pkg. (8 oz. each) munchen egg noodles
- Paprika, to taste
- 1 sprig parsley
- Cook noodles; rinse and set aside to cool.
- Drain tuna.
- Dice all vegetables (except green peas).
- Put vegetables in large bowl; add salt, pepper, sugar, celery seed and green peas.
- Add noodles and tuna, then toss all ingredients together.
- Add mayonnaise and mix well.
- Serve on bed of lettuce.
- Shake paprika over and garnish with sprig of parsley.
- Enjoy
