Broccoli Linguine
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut into florettes
- 1 (9 ounce) packagefresh linguine
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 14 teaspoon ground pepper
- 12 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 12 cup romano cheese or 12 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Prepare broccoli.
- Cook linguine according to package directions along with broccoli florettes.
- While they cook, combine next five ingredients.
- Place drained linguine and broccoli in large bowl and toss with cheese and butter.
- Combine with sour cream mixture and serve.
