Time-Saving Cucumber, Wakame Seaweed and Shirasu Vinegar Toss
- 1 Cucumber
- 20 grams Salted wakame seaweed
- 20 grams Shirasu (boiled)
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 dash Salt
- 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Dashi stock
- Thinly slice the cucumber.
- Sprinkle with salt and mix.
- Once they become wilted, squeeze out the moisture.
- Rehydrate the wakame seaweed.
- Squeeze out the excess water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine the ingredients, then toss with the wakame seaweed, cucumbers, and shirasu.
