Time-Saving Cucumber, Wakame Seaweed and Shirasu Vinegar Toss

  1. Thinly slice the cucumber.

  4. Rehydrate the wakame seaweed.
  5. Squeeze out the excess water, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Combine the ingredients, then toss with the wakame seaweed, cucumbers, and shirasu.
