Tarter Sauce
- 1 cup (225 ml) mayonaise
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) sweet pickle relish
- 2 hard boiled eggs, grated or chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chopped pimento
- black pepper to taste
- Boil eggs, and grate or chop.
- Chop pimeto finely.
- Mix mayonaise, eggs, sweet relish, pimentos, lemon juice,and black pepper and stir till blended.
- Chill about 1 hour and serve.
