Beef/Chicken Teriyaki Recipe
- 1 pound beef chuck strips/chicken strips
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon grnd ginger
- 2 c. bouillon
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1 lg. onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 c. red/green pepper strips
- 3 tbsp. soy sauce
- Brown beef, onion and garlic in saucepan and oil.
- Add in ginger, pepper strips, bouillon, and soy sauce.
- Bring to boil.
- Add in rice.
- Serves 4 people.
