Grandma Bertie's Gluten Free Chard Wrapped Meatballs

  2. Crush rice cakes.

  4. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together, by hand.

  6. Remove large stems from the chard.

  8. Make eight meatballs

  10. Wrap each meatball in a chard leaf.

  12. Heat a frying pan with the 1 TBSP oil.
  13. 7.
  14. Cook meatballs, covered, for 30 minutes or until done.
