Tender Crock Pot Chops and Potatoes
- 4 medium potatoes, halved and sliced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 4 boneless pork chops
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) canhealthy low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 14 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 cup water
- pepper
- I use the cooking bags to save clean up time and save the food from burning to the sides of the pot.
- Place the potato slices in the bottom, layer the onions on top of the potatoes.
- sprinkle with half of the onion powder, garlic powder, and desired pepper.
- Spread half of the undiluted soup over the onions.
- Place the pork chops on top of the soup.
- sprinkle the chhops with the remaining seasonings and spread with the remaining undiluted soup.
- Pour the water over all and cover.
- Cook for 4 hours on high or 6 to 8 on low.
