Lokis Quarrel: Beer Infused With Salmon Roe (At Last!)
- 12 ounces Dogfish Head Saison du BUFF
- 1/2 Meyer lemon, sliced into wheels
- 1/3 cucumber, sliced into wheels
- 5 Alaskan salmon caviar eggs, plus extra if you want to infuse the beer
- Thinly slice 1/2 Meyer lemon and 1/3 cucumber into wheels.
- Alternate each slice inside a Dogfish Head Randall Jr. infuser.
- When this task is complete, pour 12 ounces of Dogfish Head Saison du BUFF over the Meyer lemon and cucumber wheels.
- Infuse approximately three to five minutes.
- Place 5 Alaskan salmon caviar eggs in the bottom of a Dogfish Head snifter and strain the infused 12 ounces of beer into the snifter.
- Serve immediately.
