Lokis Quarrel: Beer Infused With Salmon Roe (At Last!)

  1. Thinly slice 1/2 Meyer lemon and 1/3 cucumber into wheels.
  2. Alternate each slice inside a Dogfish Head Randall Jr. infuser.
  3. When this task is complete, pour 12 ounces of Dogfish Head Saison du BUFF over the Meyer lemon and cucumber wheels.
  4. Infuse approximately three to five minutes.
  5. Place 5 Alaskan salmon caviar eggs in the bottom of a Dogfish Head snifter and strain the infused 12 ounces of beer into the snifter.
  6. Serve immediately.
