Lori's Chicken Liver Pate

  1. Heat oils in a skillet.
  2. Add livers.
  3. Saute until brown, but still a little pink inside.
  4. Add the onion and garlic.
  5. Saute 1 minute.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Stir in the salt, pepper, sugar and sake.
  8. Let cool.
  9. Puree.
  10. Cover.
  11. Chill at least 1 hour.
  12. Serve with crakers or bread.
