Easy Noodles & Cheese

  1. Cook the pasta according to package and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, melt the butter, add the onions, and saute over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes.
  3. Add salt and continue sauteing for another 10-15 minutes, until onions are somewhat shrunken and medium- to dark-brown in colour.
  4. Stir in the pasta and cook for a minute or two, then add cottage cheese.
  5. Keep stirring - when the cottage cheese just starts to melt, it's ready - serve immediately.
