Dawn's Not Layered Lasagna
- 1 lb ground turkey or 1 lb beef
- 12 ounces elbow macaroni
- 24 ounces spaghetti sauce
- 12 ounces sliced mushrooms
- 16 ounces black olives, whole
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dehydrated onion
- 8 ounces cottage cheese
- 20 pepperoni slices
- 34 cup reduced-fat monterey jack and cheddar cheese blend
- Preheat oven to 350.
- 1.
- Brown turkey in pan.
- 2.
- While turkey is cooking boil pasta.
- 3.
- Drain turkey, put it back in pan.
- 4. add spaghetti sauce, mushrooms, olives, spices, cottage cheese and pasta to meat - stir well.
- 5.
- Spray 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray; Add mixture to dish.
- 6.
- Place pepperoni on top of mixture; Then sprinkle cheese on top.
- 7.
- Bake 30 mins at 350degrees.
