Carrot, Orange and Green Salad
- 100g mixed lettuce leaves
- 1 large carrot, cut into thin strips
- 2 oranges, peeled, halved and thinly sliced
- 220g tub bocconcini, roughly torn
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Balsamic Italian Dressing
- Arrange lettuce leaves on a serving platter, top with carrot, oranges and bocconcini.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve immediately.
