• Filling:
• 4 tbsp. butter
• 1/4 pound fresh mushrooms, minced
• 3 lbs. grnd meat (beef, veal, or possibly pork)
• 1 med. onion, minced
• 1/4 c. minced parsley
• 1 c. grated Cheddar or possibly Swiss cheese
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 egg plus 2 tbsp. lowfat milk for use on dough

1. Lowfat sour cream pastry dough: 12 tbsp.
2. chilled butter 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 1 teaspoon salt 1 egg
