Banana Pudding Squares

  1. Mix wafer crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 13- by 9-inch dish.
  2. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  3. Beat Neufchatel and sugar in medium bowl with whisk until blended.
  4. Stir in 1 1/2 cups COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  5. Top with bananas.
  6. Beat pudding mixes and milk with whisk 2 minutes; spread over bananas.
  7. Top with remaining COOL WHIP and chocolate.
  8. Refrigerate 3 hours.
