Minted Raspberry Hibiscus Agua Fresca

  1. Bring 8 cups water to a boil ini a large saucepan.
  2. Add the raspberries, mint, and tea bags.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Let stand 1 hour at room temperature.
  5. Remove the tea bags, strain mixture through a sieve, reserving liquid.
  6. Discard solids.
  7. Add sugar and juice to tea, stirring until sugar dissolves.
  8. Garnish with mint sprigs.
  9. Makes 8 servings.
