Creamed Turkey With Biscuits Recipe
- 1 quart. broth">broth or possibly combination of broth">broth & lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. diced turkey or possibly chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. minced pimiento
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 recipe biscuits
- Strain and heat broth.
- Heat butter in large saucepan; stir in flour.
- Add in warm broth gradually; cook till thick, stirring constantly.
- Add in other ingredients; pour into flat casserole.
- Cover with biscuits, cut in small circles.
- Bake 10 to 12 min at 450 degrees.
- Yield: 10 servings.
