Cranberry Ginger Granola

  1. Combine all ingredients except cranberries & ginger.
  2. Stir well (it may seem there is not enough liquid to cover everything).
  3. Bake at 250F for about an hour, stirring in 10 minute intervals, until crunchy.
  4. Allow granola to cool, then add fruit and stir to combine.
  5. Store in air-tight container.
  6. Tasty with yogurt.
