Electronic Gourmet's Steak Diane

  1. In a fry pan, fry shallots in the hot butter for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the thin slices of steak, cook 1 minute on either side.
  3. Lift out the meat, and put onto a hot dish.
  4. Add the sauce, and the brandy to the butter.
  5. Ignite if wished (and insured) and pour over the steaks.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley.
