Bread Maker Milk Butter Bread Rolls
- 280 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 50 grams Butter
- 25 grams Sugar
- 150 mm Milk
- 5 grams Salt
- 25 grams Egg
- 2 4/5 grams Dry yeast
- 1 Egg (for coating)
- Add the ingredients to the bread case.
- Put the yeast in the yeast compartment.
- Separate into 40 g pieces, make into round shapes, and place on a parchment paper lined baking pan.
- Apply water and allow to rise for 45 to 60 minutes.
- Once they've increased to twice their size, coat with the egg.
- Cover the whole thing for a nice glossy finish.
- Bake in the oven at 170C for 10 to 20 minutes and they're complete.
