Everyday Easy Brownies
- 3/4 cup butter
- 4 oz. Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 3 cups Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Microwave butter and chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 3 min.
- or until butter is melted; stir with whisk until chocolate is completely melted.
- Add eggs; beat until well blended.
- Stir in sugar, flour and nuts.
- Spread into 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 min.
- or until toothpick inserted in centre comes out with fudgy crumbs.
- (Do not overbake.)
- Heat broiler.
- Immediately top warm brownies with marshmallows and chocolate chips.
- Broil, 6 inches from heat, 1 min.
- or until marshmallows are golden brown.
- Cool completely, cut into 24 squares.
