Potato Salad With Julienne of Ham

  1. Combine salt, peper, vinegar, mustard and oil.
  2. Toss the potatoes, while still warm, in this mixture.
  3. Allow to sit for a few hours.
  4. Add mayonaise and toss to mix.
  5. Add ham and gherkins.
  6. Sprinkle with chives.
