Crunchy Chicken Caesar Salad
- 400g frozen crumbed chicken tenders
- 1 cos lettuce, washed and broken into pieces
- 30g baby rocket leaves
- 1 red capsicum, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 bunch asparagus, blanched and diagonally sliced
- 1/3 cup KRAFT* Caesar Dressing
- Bake the chicken tenders according to pack directions.
- Cool slightly before slicing thickly on the diagonal.
- Assemble the lettuce, rocket, capsicum, onion and asparagus onto service plates.
- Top with the crunchy chicken and drizzle each with dressing.
- Serve immediately.
- NOTE: You may wish to substitute with BBQ chicken.
