Easy Fried Dumpling

  1. dice all vegetable and shred chicken
  2. put half tbsp of filling on dumpling then apply water at the edge and seal it
  3. in pan with oil fry it for 1 to 2 minute each side till lightly brown and crispy
  4. drain and serve

carrot, celery, onion, xing wine, soy sauce, leftover cooked chicken
