Mushroom Pizza
- 1/4 recipe Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can (8 oz.) CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Italian* Five Cheese Blend, divided
- Heat oven to 450F.
- Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch round on lightly floured surface.
- Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 6 min.
- or until mushrooms are browned and liquid has evaporated, stirring frequently.
- Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with 1-1/4 cups cheese and mushrooms.
- Bake 10 min.
- Top with remaining cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
- or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
