Mushroom Pizza

  1. Heat oven to 450F.
  2. Roll Perfect Parmesan Pizza Dough into 12-inch round on lightly floured surface.
  3. Transfer to baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  4. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  5. Add mushrooms; cook 5 to 6 min.
  6. or until mushrooms are browned and liquid has evaporated, stirring frequently.
  7. Spread dough with sauce to within 1/2 inch of edge; top with 1-1/4 cups cheese and mushrooms.
  8. Bake 10 min.
  9. Top with remaining cheese; bake 8 to 10 min.
  10. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown.
