Easy No Roll Pie Crust Recipe
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. cool lowfat milk
- Mix dry ingredients with a fork in pie tin.
- Measure oil in a c., add in lowfat milk and whip with fork till white.
- Add in to dry ingredients, mix till blended.
- Press into place with fingers.
- Bake 12 to 15 min at 425 degrees or possibly fill and bake.
- A top crust may be rolled out between wax paper or possibly crumbled on top of filling.
