Fast Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Pre-heat oven 180'C.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the egg and combine well.
  4. Add the dark chocolate bits.
  5. Sift the flour and baking powder, add to the
  6. creamed mixture, combine into a doughy.
  7. mixture.
  8. Roll into a log about 5 cm in diameter, then.
  9. portion into 35 cookies, placing them onto a greased or baking paper lined tray.
  10. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until just starting to golden in colour.
  11. Remove from tray place on cookie rack to cool.
  12. store in airtight container.
