Slow Cooker Stuffing Recipe
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. minced celery
- 1 c. minced onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 12 c. bread crumbs1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoon leaf sage, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon leaf thyme, crumbled
- 4 c. chicken broth
- Mix butter, celery, onion, spices, Large eggs and broth together.
- Add in crumbs, stir to blend.
- Cook in slow cooker on high for 45 min, reduce heat to low for 6 hrs.
- 10 to 12 servings.
