Sesame Ginger Stir-Fry
- 3/4 cup Renee's Sesame Ginger Teriyaki Sauce, divided
- 1 lb. (450 g) boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup small broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup snow peas, trimmed
- 1 cup fresh bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup thin carrot slices
- 1/2 cup slivered red onions
- Heat half the sauce in large skillet or wok on medium heat.
- Add chicken; stir-fry 4 to 5 min.
- or until done.
- Add vegetables; stir-fry 1 to 2 min.
- or until crisp-tender.
- Stir in remaining sauce; cook 2 min.
- or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally.
