Dave's Favorite Crock Pot Roast & Gravy

  1. Season the roast with garlic salt to taste on all sides.
  2. Place in crock pot.
  3. Mix together gravy and pour over roast.
  4. Cook on low heat for 12 hours or high heat for 6-7 hours.
  5. Take roast out when cooked.
  6. Strain gravy to get rid of lumps and thicken with a cornstarch and cold water mixture.
