Four-Decker Mocha Dessert

  1. In a mixing bowl cut butter into flour until crumbly; stir in 3/4 cup peanuts.
  2. Press mixture over bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
  4. Cool.
  5. In a small bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in sugar and 1 cup of Cool Whip.
  6. Spread over crust.
  7. Chill.
  8. In a large mixer bowl combine puddings and milk; beat 2 minutes.
  9. Spoon on top of cream cheese layer.
  10. Chill several hours.
  11. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts and grated chocolate.
