Four-Decker Mocha Dessert
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. peanuts, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 large Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 instant coffee pudding mix
- 3 c. milk
- In a mixing bowl cut butter into flour until crumbly; stir in 3/4 cup peanuts.
- Press mixture over bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Cool.
- In a small bowl beat cream cheese until fluffy; beat in sugar and 1 cup of Cool Whip.
- Spread over crust.
- Chill.
- In a large mixer bowl combine puddings and milk; beat 2 minutes.
- Spoon on top of cream cheese layer.
- Chill several hours.
- Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with remaining peanuts and grated chocolate.
