Chocolate Stuffed Celery
- 1 bunch Organic Celery
- 2 Tablespoons Organic Raw Coconut Butter (Artisana)
- 1 Tablespoon Organic Raw Chocolate (Navitas Naturals Cacao Powder)
- 1 teaspoon Organic Raw Agave (Or Is It A Squirt?! Start Small And Adjust To Taste.)
- 1 pinch Celtic/Sea Salt
- Clean and then cut celery into desired lengths.
- Use a fork and a small bowl to mix together all the other ingredients, adjusting each to taste.
- For smoother consistency, place the bowl in a warm spot for a few moments (I place it on the warmth of my laptop or in the sunlight) and the coconut butter will quickly become creamier.
- Dip the celery tip ever so slightly into the chocolate mix and chomp.
